However, due to the varying nature of each carrier, some may take longer to respond to requests for reimbursements. We’ve learned the intricacies of each payor and utilize our experience to maximize cash flow for payment turnarounds in under two weeks in over 90% of cases.
In most cases, yes we can. This will depend a bit on your software vendor’s capability for API interfacing. If we can’t get the software vendor to cooperate, we can simply create a new login and hop into your existing database to perform the necessary billing functions. In 99% of cases, we are able to easily work with your existing software.
